We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates are provided free of charge and are not binding until a formal contract is signed by both parties.

Estimates and Pricing

All project estimates are based on the information you provide during our initial consultation. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, weather delays, and changes to the original scope of work.

You will be notified of any significant price changes before work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract and typically include a deposit before work starts and final payment upon completion.

Project Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete your project on time. However, concrete work depends heavily on weather conditions, material availability, and proper curing times. Project timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified promptly of any scheduling changes.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your project contract. Generally, we guarantee our workmanship against defects for a specified period after project completion.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, settling, acts of nature, or modifications made by others. Normal wear and tear, minor cracking due to natural settling, and color variations in concrete are not covered.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific project in question.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, including removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles. You must also mark or protect any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure.

KingPin Springdale Concrete is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or structures. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals before work begins.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to cancellation fees to cover our costs.

Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your project contract. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased or crews have been scheduled.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled according to the laws of the State of Arkansas. Both parties agree that any legal action must be filed in the appropriate courts of Washington County, Arkansas.
